Acceptance of Terms
By visiting the Eftelt Home Decoration website or purchasing any of our design services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, we kindly ask that you refrain from using our website or purchasing our services. If you have any questions before proceeding, please contact us — we are happy to clarify anything.

Our Service
Eftelt Home Decoration offers a professional interior design service delivered digitally. We create high-end design documents tailored to each client's space, personality, lifestyle, and budget.
Our service is available in three plans — Essential, Signature, and Complete — each with clearly defined deliverables as described on our Services page. All plans include a full design guide covering color palette, furniture, lighting, textiles, flooring, materials, accessories, wall decor, a design visualization, a shopping list, and decorating tips.
We also publish interior design content — style guides, trend articles, and inspiration — on our website, available freely to all visitors.

How It Works
Our process is designed to ensure that every client receives a design that is genuinely personal, well understood, and agreed upon before any work begins. The steps are as follows:

Make Your Payment
Complete your payment securely. This confirms your project booking.
Complete Your Intake Form
You will be directed to a short intake form where you share your space details, style preferences, budget, and timeline.
We Reach Out Within 24 Hours
A member of our team will contact you personally to review your brief, answer your questions, guide you through the direction, and ensure everything is fully understood and agreed upon.
We Begin the Project
Work begins only once both sides are completely aligned on the brief and direction. No design work starts before this confirmation.
We Deliver Your Design Document
Your complete, high-end digital design document is delivered within the timeframe specified for your chosen plan.

Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking, before the intake form is completed and before any design work begins. Prices are as listed on our Services page at the time of purchase.
Non-refundable policy: Due to the nature of creative and design work, all payments are non-refundable once the design process has begun. The design process is considered to have begun after your intake brief has been reviewed and the project direction has been confirmed by both parties during the initial contact call or message exchange.
We take this seriously — which is why we invest significant time in the pre-project alignment step. Before we begin, we make absolutely certain that you understand, agree with, and feel confident about the direction of your project. We will never start designing until that confidence is mutual.
If for any reason we are unable to begin your project after payment — due to circumstances on our end — you will receive a full refund.

Deliverables
Each project is delivered as a professionally structured digital design document. The document covers everything specified in your chosen plan — color palette, furniture, lighting, textiles, flooring, materials, accessories, wall decor, design visualization, shopping list, and styling tips.
The design document is created based entirely on the information you provide in your intake form and the direction agreed upon during our pre-project alignment conversation. The quality and relevance of the outcome is directly connected to the accuracy and completeness of the information you share with us.
Please note: Our design visualizations represent the creative direction and proportional layout of your space. They are not architectural drawings or technical construction documents. Final appearance may vary based on the specific products you select and the natural light conditions in your space.

Revisions
Revision rounds are included in our Signature and Complete plans as specified. A revision round means the client reviews the delivered document, provides feedback, and we update and redeliver accordingly.
What revisions cover: Adjustments and refinements within the original agreed design direction — changes to specific product selections, color adjustments, layout modifications, or styling updates.
What revisions do not cover: A complete change of style, concept, or design direction. If a client wishes to change the fundamental direction of the project after work has begun, this is considered a new project and will be quoted separately.
Revision requests must be submitted clearly and in one consolidated message per revision round. We are not able to accommodate ongoing piecemeal changes outside of the defined revision rounds.

Intellectual Property
Upon full payment and delivery, the completed design document belongs to you — the client. You are free to use it, implement it, and share it however you wish for personal or commercial purposes.
Eftelt Home Decoration retains the right to feature the design work — including concepts, mood boards, color palettes, and visualizations — in its portfolio, website, and social media channels for promotional purposes. We will never share your personal information, room photos, or any identifying details without your explicit permission.
All content published on the Eftelt Home Decoration website — including articles, style guides, images, and written content — remains the intellectual property of Eftelt Home Decoration and may not be reproduced, copied, or republished without prior written permission.

Your Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible outcome for your project, we ask that you:
Provide accurate and complete information in your intake form — including honest measurements, clear photos, and a realistic budget
Be available and responsive during the pre-project alignment conversation so we can fully understand your vision
Communicate any changes to your requirements or preferences before the design process begins — not after delivery
Submit revision requests clearly, completely, and within one message per revision round
Respect the agreed timeline and understand that delays in your responses may affect the delivery date
We are committed to giving every project our full attention and care. We ask for the same in return.

Affiliate Disclosure
From time to time, Eftelt Home Decoration may recommend specific products — furniture, lighting, textiles, decor, and other home-related items — within our content and design deliverables. Some of these recommendations may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a small commission if you choose to purchase through them, at no additional cost to you.
We may also enter into collaborations with selected brands and suppliers whose products genuinely align with our design philosophy and standards. Any such collaboration will always be disclosed clearly and transparently.
Our commitment: Commercial relationships never influence our recommendations. We only suggest products we would genuinely use or propose to a client. Our first and only responsibility is to the quality of your space and the integrity of our work.

The articles, style guides, trend reports, and written content published on the Eftelt Home Decoration website are provided for informational and inspirational purposes. While we take care to ensure the accuracy of our content, we cannot guarantee that all information is always current or complete.
